Our Manufacturing Process

01
Pre-polymerization
Monomer is heated in high-pressure tanks for 90 minutes to 10 hours to initiate the polymerization process.

Additives
Catalyst and color dye are precisely blended into the syrup to achieve consistent pigmentation and quality.

Vacuum Tanks
Material passes through vacuum chambers for 10–40 minutes to remove all trapped gas bubbles.

Filling
Glass molds with PVC gaskets are filled using our patented clamping and semi-automatic pouring system.

Water Bath
Sheets cure at 60°C for a minimum of 4 hours, reaching approximately 90% polymerization.

Air Oven
Final curing at 120°C for a minimum of 3 hours brings the sheet to near 100% hardness.
07
Peeling
Each sheet is hand-peeled from the glass mold and undergoes 100% weight and visual quality control.
08
Masking & Trimming
Sheets are re-inspected on a light table, masked, thickness-verified, and precisely trimmed to size.
09
Packing / Warehouse
Pre-palletization counting and detailed record keeping ensure full product traceability.
10
Delivery
Final loading and shipping to customers across Thailand and worldwide.
